1. The spray dryer adopts the large color touch screen operation, automatic control and manual control combined, the only one in domestic.
2. Fully automatic control: One-touch start, set the spray process parameters, the temperature reaches the predetermined temperature, the peristaltic pump starts automatically, the running animation is displayed on the touch screen, the operational process is clearly displayed; just press the stop key when shutting down, the machine is automatically safely shut down.
3. Manual control: If you need to adjust the process parameters during the experiment, you can easily switch to the manual state. The entire experiment process is displayed on the color touch screen (animation).
4. Shutdown protection function: just press the stop button when shutting down, the machine will stop running immediately except for the fan to ensure that the device will not cause burnout of the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly turning off the fan).
5. The spraying, drying and collecting system adopts transparent high-quality borosilicate glass material, which makes the spray drying process carried out in a non-polluting and stable environment, and makes the whole process of spray drying experiment can be directly observed.  And it provides great convenience for scientific research personnel control the experimental process and experimental results, and can promptly find solutions to problems.
